Payouts
A payout is the money from your customers' online payments arriving in your bank account.
How often
You choose the payout interval on the Payments screen:
| Interval | Suits |
|---|---|
| Daily | High-volume businesses that want cash flow as it happens. |
| Weekly | Most rental businesses. Fewer, larger transfers on your statement. |
| Monthly | Low volume, or a preference for one clean line per month. |
When it runs
Payouts are triggered on working days, in the early morning after the provider has closed its books for the previous day.
That timing is not cosmetic. Asking for a settlement too early pays out the previous day's totals, which would leave you permanently one day behind with no obvious explanation. Waiting until the books are closed keeps the amount matched to the date.
Weekends and public holidays are skipped — banks do not move money on those days either.
What is paid out
Whatever is available. No amount is chosen; your balance at the provider is cleared to your account.
Note that this is your share. Our fee was already withheld from each payment as it passed through, so what reaches your bank is what you actually earned. See How payments work.
What a payout costs
A payout is a chargeable transaction at its published rate — one charge per payout, not per transaction inside it.
This is why the interval is a real choice: daily payouts mean roughly twenty charges a month, weekly means four. If your bookings are small and frequent, weekly usually costs less and changes nothing about the money you receive.
Where to see it
- Each payout appears in Recent payments on the Payments screen, with its cost.
- The payout charges of the month appear on your monthly Payments invoice, grouped as quantity × price.
Cash and card at the counter
Cash never touches this — it is in your till. A payment taken on your own card terminal settles the way that terminal always settled for you.
If nothing arrives
Check, in order:
- Is your verification finished? Payouts need an accepted payout status — see Getting verified.
- Have there been any online payments in the period? Counter payments do not produce a payout.
- Was the payout day a weekend or a public holiday?
- Is your wallet negative? See Invoices and wallet.
If none of those explain it, contact support with the date you expected it.
