Changing your plan
Who can change it
The owner only. The Subscription tab is not shown to admins or staff, and the change is refused server-side even if someone tries to reach it another way. Billing is an owner's decision.
How
Settings → Subscription → Plan. The three packages are shown side by side with your current one marked Current. Press Switch plan on the one you want.
The screen tells you the date the new rate takes effect.
Both directions, any time
There is no minimum term and no penalty. Upgrade in May, downgrade in October, upgrade again next May.
The obvious pattern for a seasonal business:
| Months | Package | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Peak season | Pro | High turnover; 0% commission beats € 149. |
| Shoulder season | Growth | Moderate turnover. |
| Winter | Flex | Little or no turnover; € 0 per month is exactly right. |
What changes, and what does not
Changes: your monthly fee, your commission per booking, and your payment method prices.
Does not change: anything at all about your data or your features. Every package carries every feature and unlimited locations, categories and objects. Downgrading never hides a screen, disables a feature, or puts a limit on your stock.
That is worth stating clearly, because it is unusual: with most software, downgrading takes something away. Here it only changes the bill.
Existing bookings
Untouched. Commission on bookings already made was already worked out at the rate that applied then. Changing your plan today does not re-price last month.
On your invoice
Your package fee is charged in advance for the coming month; your commission is charged in arrears over the month just gone. So the invoice after a change shows your new package and the old month's commission at the rate that applied then. See Invoices and wallet.
Stopping altogether
There is no self-service cancel button. Closing an account means settling the outstanding balance, releasing any deposits still held, and making sure your data is exported first. Contact support and they will take you through it.
