Plans and pricing
ReservationBay has three packages.
| Plan | Per month | Commission per booking |
|---|---|---|
| Flex | € 0 | 2.95 % |
| Growth | € 49 | 1.5 % |
| Pro | € 149 | 0 % |
All prices are excluding VAT.
What they have in common
Every plan carries every feature, and unlimited locations, categories and objects. There are no per-user costs.
Nothing in the portal ever checks your plan before letting you do something. A package is a billing arrangement, not a set of features — the screen says so itself: every plan carries every feature and unlimited locations and resources.
What actually differs
Two numbers: the monthly fee and the commission per booking. They trade against each other.
- Flex costs nothing per month. You pay 2.95% of what you book. Perfect for starting, for seasonal businesses, and for anyone who would rather pay only when money comes in.
- Growth costs € 49 and drops the commission to 1.5%. It pays for itself somewhere around € 3,400 of bookings a month.
- Pro costs € 149 and takes no commission at all. It pays for itself against Growth somewhere around € 6,700 a month.
Those break-even points are arithmetic, not advice — do the sum with your own numbers.
You can move between packages in either direction, at any time. A summer rental business often runs Pro from May to September and Flex through the winter. There is no penalty and no contract term.
Payment processing is separate
Your package does not include payment processing. Every transaction is billed at its own published price, on its own invoice — the screen says payment processing is billed separately per transaction and is never hidden inside the software fee.
Your package does affect those prices: the same method is cheaper on Growth than on Flex, and cheaper again on Pro. The full list is on reservationbay.com/pricing, and each price is shown next to its method in the portal. See Payment methods.
The Subscription screen
Settings → Subscription, owner only. It holds:
Invoice details
- Billing email address — where invoices go.
- VAT number — checked against the European VIES register as you type, with the result shown immediately. See Invoices and wallet.
Plan
The three packages side by side, with your current one marked. Each shows its monthly price, its commission per booking, and what it includes. Switch plan changes it, and the screen shows the date the new rate takes effect.
Direct debit
Your bank account and the state of your mandate. See Direct debit.
If you never choose a plan
An account that abandons onboarding before the plan step is billed as Flex. Nobody ends up without a rate, and nobody is charged a monthly fee they did not agree to.
Individually agreed rates
If you negotiated your own rate, that is what you are billed — it overrides the published commission of whatever package you are on. Companies that signed up before the packages existed keep exactly what they were sold, whichever plan they later choose.
