The figures

Three numbers at the top summarise the relationship:

  • Total customer revenue: everything they have ever spent with you.
  • Average value: what a typical booking from them is worth.
  • Unique bookings: how many times they have rented.

Together these tell you at a glance whether the person in front of you is a first-timer or someone who has rented forty times.

Customer information

Their details, and when the record was created:

  • first name and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • country

Edit customer opens the same fields for correction. Use it to fix a typo in an email address. That address is where their confirmation, their contract and their review request go.

Changing a customer's details does not change the details already printed onto past bookings and contracts. Those keep what was agreed at the time.

Booking history

Every booking this customer has made, with its reference, its period and its revenue. Click any of them to open the booking.

This is the fastest way to answer "what did I rent them last time?", which matters when someone rings up asking for "the same as last summer".

The same person at two companies

If you run more than one company on ReservationBay, the same person is a separate customer in each. That is deliberate: your customer list is yours, and nothing crosses between companies.
