My account

My account, at the bottom of the menu, holds your own settings, not your company's.

Account details​

  • Email address: the address you sign in with and where your own notifications go.
  • First name and last name: what your colleagues see next to the things you did.
  • Language: the language the portal speaks to you in.

Press Save settings and a confirmation appears.

Language is per person​

Each member of your team chooses their own. The Dutch owner can run the portal in Dutch while the German summer staff run it in German, in the same company, on the same data.

This is separate from two other languages:

  • Your company's language (Settings → General) is the fallback for what your customers receive.
  • A customer's own language is their choice, made in the widget or on their own pages, and it wins over the company language for everything sent to them.

What is not here​

Everything about the business (company details, logo, plan, features, users) is under Settings, and most of it is owner-only.
