Settings — General
Settings holds everything about the company rather than about you. It has up to five tabs — General, Email & SMS, Subscription, Features and Users — and the last three are visible to the owner only.

Company details
| Field | What it is used for |

| Company name | Documents, contracts, invoices, and the fallback header on PDFs when you have no logo. |
| Street, number, addition, postal code, city, country | Your legal address, printed in the footer of every generated PDF. |
| VAT number | Your VAT treatment on ReservationBay's invoices to you. See Plans and pricing. |
| Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number | Printed in the legal footer of your documents. |
| Phone number | Your contact details on documents. |
| Language | The default language for everything sent to your customers. A customer who has chosen their own language gets theirs instead. |
| Billing email address | Where ReservationBay's invoices go. Often the bookkeeper rather than the owner. |
Press Save settings; a green confirmation appears.
Company logo
Upload a PNG, JPG or GIF. A preview appears immediately.
Your logo is used on every PDF ReservationBay generates for you — contracts, quotes, packing slips, invoices to your customers. It is placed in the header, with your contact details beside it.
Remove logo takes it off again; documents then fall back to your company name in text.
Use a logo with a transparent or white background and reasonable resolution. It is embedded into the PDF at print size, so a small, low-resolution image looks worse on paper than it does on screen.

- Email & SMS — which notifications you and your customers receive.
- Subscription — your package, invoice details and direct debit. Owner only.
- Features — switching optional features on and off. Owner only.
- Users — who has access and what they may use. Owner only.
